Questions
What is a connected account?
An MT5 trading account that appears in your dashboard because a terminal logged in to it reports to AlgoHand. One terminal = one account. Accounts that have not reported for seven days are not counted.
What if I connect more accounts than the plan includes?
On Trader, Desk and the business plans each extra account is billed at the plan's extra-account price: added pro rata for the rest of the period, removed from the next period. Starter holds one account; a second one means moving to Trader. The dashboard shows what you pay before every charge.
Can I change plans?
Any time in the Billing section of the dashboard. An upgrade is charged pro rata at once; a downgrade applies from the next period. Yearly plans pay for twelve months at 30% off.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where required and e-mails your receipts and invoices; a company name and VAT id can be added at checkout. Customers in the UK, Ireland and Australia see prices in GBP, EUR and AUD.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: the first 14 days of every plan are free. You add a card when you choose the plan; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any moment before that.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of your first payment, in full, on request. See the Refund Policy.
Do I still buy the EAs from their authors?
Yes. AlgoHand only operates the robots you own; EAs and their licences are bought from the authors as before.
