Yes. Free includes one connected MetaTrader account and 30 AI assistant requests each calendar month, with no card and no time limit. You can buy extra request packs or move to a paid plan at any time.

One message that the assistant answers counts as one request. Looking up several terminals, checking state or using several tools to complete that answer does not use extra requests. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month.

Your terminals and dashboard keep working. You can buy a non-expiring pack of 100, 500 or 1,000 additional requests in Settings, upgrade, wait for the next calendar month, or add your own Anthropic API key. Purchased requests are used only after the monthly allowance. With your own key, AlgoHand does not limit requests and Anthropic bills usage directly to you.

A MetaTrader trading account that appears in your dashboard because a terminal logged in to it reports to AlgoHand. One terminal = one account. Accounts that have not reported for seven days are not counted.

On Trader, Desk and the business plans each extra account is billed at the plan's extra-account price: added pro rata for the rest of the period, removed from the next period. Free and Starter each hold one account; a second one means moving to Trader. The dashboard shows what you pay before every charge.

Any time in the Billing section of the dashboard. An upgrade is charged pro rata at once; a downgrade applies from the next period. Yearly plans pay for twelve months at 15% off. If you have a grandfathered price, choosing another plan or billing cycle moves the subscription to current prices; automatic account-count changes do not.

By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where required and emails your receipts and invoices; a company name and VAT id can be added at checkout. Customers in the UK, Ireland and Australia see prices in GBP, EUR and AUD.

Yes: paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you choose the plan; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any moment before that. Free needs no card and has no time limit.

Yes. AlgoHand only operates the robots you own; EAs and their licences are bought from the authors as before.

There are three answers, and they are different. Your own robots are not the limit: any EA you already run can be onboarded — the agent reads its inputs from your own terminal, you confirm the description once, and after that every input, preset and schedule is yours to change by chat, with no help needed from its author. What AlgoHand itself does not do yet — another command, another report, an integration — is a feature request: open it in the dashboard under Support, “Request a feature”. A person reads every one and answers what is possible and what it would take; we do not promise dates. And what we never do is write or change EA code, or trade for you.
